The Large Hadron Collider


Scientist began testing the Large Hadron Collider today. Some experts believe that when they begin crashing particles together at nearly the speed of light sometime in December, that a black hole could be formed that could swallow the Earth. Google paid tribute to this occasion today by depicting their logo being sucked into a Large Hadron induced black hole. Here is a funny blog about this:
